Hermann holds a MSc degree in Electronic Engineering. In a career spanning more than 25 years, Hermann held management positions in technical training, human resources and international staffing predominantly with Intel corporation, before moving into executive search in 1998 as a Partner with Erber-Ludwig and Partner.

Hermann handles national, international and cross border assignments in the semiconductor, EDA, automotive, telecommunications, ATE, power supplies and medical equipment sectors.

Hermann speaks German and English.
